A Journey of Service, Dedication, and Hope
Founded in 1999 by Dr. Balasaheb Kumawat, Wensil De-Addiction Treatment & Guidance Centre
was established with a mission to help individuals and families overcome addiction and lead
healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Inspired by his personal experiences with the impact of addiction, Dr. Kumawat dedicated himself
to creating awareness, providing counseling, and supporting recovery.
Starting in Jalgaon,
the
organization gradually expanded its reach across Maharashtra, including Nashik, Mumbai, Pune,
Nagpur, Aurangabad, and Kolhapur.
With over 30 years of experience since 1992, Dr. Kumawat and his team have helped thousands of
individuals through awareness programs, counseling, rehabilitation support, and community
outreach, contributing towards the vision of an addiction-free India.

Driven by the desire to reach more people across India, Dr. Balasaheb Kumawat continuously explored innovative approaches in the field of addiction support and awareness. As part of this commitment, research and clinical studies related to herbal support formulations were undertaken with recognized institutions. These efforts reflect the organization’s commitment towards combining traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with research-based approaches.
On 14 August 2025, Dr. Balasaheb Kumawat was granted a Government of India Patent for a Herbal Anti-Addictive Oral Formulation - a milestone in our journey.
